North America's Top Association for Real Estate Professionals have honoured Allan Asplin with the award at the 2014 installment of its annual Exponential Growth Summmit, held in October 2014.

[October  15th, 2014] The National Association of Expert Advisors [NAEA] is proud to announce that The Judy Lindsay Team has been selected as one of the United States’ and Canada’s Top 500 Marketing Experts. This is a huge honour as there are more than 1.2 million agents practicing real estate in North America.

We have had the great pleasure of working with Paul Cazzorla this past year when we rented a condo at 1766 Henderson Highway. Paul was the Client Concierge/Property Management person. My husband and I were amazed and gratified by the quality of service Paul provided us during our stay in the condo. He was always welcoming, informative and responsive. He answered our queries promptly and saw to it that our concerns (e.g., broken dishwasher door) were addressed quickly and well. He facilitated us finding a realtor in your company who assisted us in buying a house. Paul also navigated our way through sub-letting the condo. We did not see Paul often once we had rented the condo, but when we did, he remembered personal details about us (e.g., the name of our dog) and was genuinely interested in our welfare. He never seemed too much in a hurry to listen to us. He was very well-informed about the rental and sub-let processes, and he led us through signing the many documents with ease. I never thought I would miss someone in Paul's position, but now that we have bought a house, I am sorry that our association with him has ended. It has been such a pleasure to work with someone who obviously loves his job, the people he deals with, and being there when he is needed for his clients. It has been an extraordinary experience and I think he is an exemplary model of your company's vision and standards.
