Every Tuesday our buyer specialist will tour all of our new listings. There are three
important reasons for this.
- To ensure that the home will make a good first impression on the market. It’s better to find out if there are little things that might cause buyers not to put in an offer now, than to find out that something is wrong after being on the market for a while.
- To ensure accuracy in pricing. In today’s market pricing your house too high could prevent your house being “bid up” thousands of dollars. However pricing your house too low could mean leaving thousands of dollars on the table. Feedback gathered from the buyers agents are communicated to the seller as to accuracy in pricing. Again it is better to find out now that the house is under or over priced now than to find out later, because once you go to market there are no second chances. Remember a “first impression is a lasting impression”.
