Bill has more than 25 years experience in commercial real estate in both Canada and the United States. His experience includes commercial mortgage lending and portfolio management for one of the largest life insurance companies in North America.

While working with one of the largest commercial mortgage brokerage companies in the United States, Bill was responsible for underwriting the local office's commercial mortgage submissions to various life insurance companies, banks and TIAA-CREF, whose minimum loan size is $50 M.

Bill has more than 7 years commercial real estate experience in sales and leasing in Winnipeg. He is a co-recipient of the Winnipeg Realtors' Association largest office property transaction award for 2008 for properties listed on the Winnipeg commercial property exchange.
